Tools for the Experienced Manager

Many management development programmes are designed to equip new managers with the basic skills needed to tackle their new roles. More senior managers are frequently overlooked when it comes to skills development.  This workshop is designed especially for experienced managers and will help to further develop the skills already used, while exploring practices which may also be new
to them.
