Review the proposed delegate's personal development plan and appraisal to determine if a training course is required. Perhaps on the job training or in-house coaching, from one of your line managers, may be a more cost effective and beneficial route.

Decide if an Open Course or an In-House programme is needed. If the programme is to be run In-House, should it be tailored or off the shelf?
Step 3
Browse through the course descriptions in our 2010 Open Course Schedule to identify the appropriate programme.

Why not take advantage of a Free Open Course Audit or visit one of the Meet Our Trainers Open Days to ensure that our quality standards meet those of your business.
