Syndicate Training is a Management Skills Training Company, founded in 1996, which helps HR Professionals from different businesses combine their financial muscle, allowing them to cut training costs dramatically. We are a Membership based organisation that enables clients to access excellent Management Skills Training at unbelievably low prices. We have a strong and diverse team of 44 trainers who, for clients only, deliver in-house training programmes, some highly tailored and some completely off the shelf. The Syndicate trainers also conduct over 250 public programmes a year, shared by the members for their one off needs. Clients with 100 employees and a £10K training budget are given exactly the same high level of customer service and top quality training as another client with ten times that spend. All clients pay exactly the same training fee for both In-House and Open Courses, regardless of volume.
